TTB will be playing Wembley Arena next year, guessing this is on the back of the sold out shows in London.Though I do think it is a poor choice of venue.

hmm. 80,000 seat national stadium. Khan - the owner of the Jags and friend of the TT - almost bought it.

this must be a part of a much larger concert. maybe a clapton thing?

they should organize at Tottenham Hotspur new stadium, which is of the charts in terms of acoustics.

It's Wembley Arena not Wembley Stadium. 12,500-capacity. Still big but not 80,000 haha.

"On February 1st, 2020, Tedeschi Trucks Band will play one of their biggest shows to date with their debut performance at the 12,500-capacity The SSE Arena, Wembley in London, U.K. According to the band’s announcement, “This will be TTB’s only show in the UK or Europe in 2020 and it’s sure to be a very special show for band and fans alike.”"

Are they really getting that many bums on seats ?
Interesting, but not a venue i’d even be remotely tempted to go to.

Think I will be giving this one a swerve, unless I can guarrantee front row dead centre seats. Hate Arenas with a passion, souless, heartless vacuums of places.

a ha! that makes more sense.

12,500. that would make a statement for sure. they are selling out 3,000 theatres in the states. maybe they bring along a couple of openers and crush it. i wish them well and despite the size, i'd really like to see that show.

it is indeed weird seeing them play in small theatres to 12,500 arenas.

I know what you mean but it's Derek Trucks,I grabbed 5th row centre so well pleased and not been to Wembley since I took my Mum to see Barbra Striesand in 94 so maybe it's improved as a venue.
