Here is a recording of the Bonnie & Delaney song in question. I'll have to give it a few spins; I don't hear a very strong similarity at first, but it's not noon yet, so.....

While animating the video for "Hard Case" I've probably listened to that song as much as anyone has. I don't hear the similarity. The chorus for the "Look What" briefly sounds similar to the verse for "Hard Case" but that's about it.

This doesn't sound like Hard Case to me. But it does sound like this!

Maybe if we do enough of these we'll come back around to something that sounds like Hard Case.

Self admittedly I am by no means a music expert. I don't believe they are the same song.
