Sorry for the ignorance , but just a few questions.

From my understanding the unreleased tracks are, correct?
1 Trouble No More (Demo)*
2 Mountain Jam (Live at Watkins Glen)*
12 I’m Not Crying (Live at the Beacon Theatre)*
1 Loan Me A Dime (Live at World Music Theatre)*
2 Desdemona (Live at the Beacon Theatre)*
5 Blue Sky (Live at the Beacon Theatre)*
6 Little Martha (Live at the Beacon Theatre)*

Maybe I am having a brain fart, which is a good possibility, but the following tracks, where were they originally released?

Ain’t Wastin’ Time No More (Live at Mar y Sol)

Early Morning Blues (Outtake)

Just Ain’t Easy (Live at Merriweather Post Pavilion)

Low Down Dirty Mean (Live at the Beacon Theatre) Is this from Play All Night?

Come On Into My Kitchen (Live at Radio & Records Convention) I assume this is from the Rett syndrome cd?

Are these from Instant Live release?

Black Hearted Woman (Live at the Beacon Theatre)
The Sky Is Crying (Live at the Beacon Theatre)

Come On Into My Kitchen (Live at Radio & Records Convention) I assume this is from the Rett syndrome cd? - Yes

Early Morning Blues (Outtake)

This is "Jelly, Jelly" from Brothers and Sisters. There are two different album sleeves that went out with this record, one has "Jelly jelly" listed and the other has "Early Morning Blues" on it. Exact same backing track, (At the 5:40 mark, "Jelly Jelly fades out and a jam takes the song on for another almost 4 minutes) different vocals ...

"Early Morning Blues (Outtake)"

Does anyone know the story behind this?

I'm looking at the Brothers and Sisters Music and Lyrics book put out by the band right now and found this,

Jelly Jelly is 2 songs in one:

Stormy Monday Blues - 1962 Advanced Music corp. by Earl Hines, Billy Eckstine and Bob Crowder

it starts with the line- It stormed and started rainin'

Jelly Jelly Blues - 1965 Advanced Music corp. by Earl Hines and Billy Eckstine

it starts withe the line, actually this is the whole song lyric=

jelly, jelly, jelly, jelly stays on my mind

jelly, jelly, jelly, jelly stays on my mind

jelly roll killed my pappy,

drove my mama stoned blind.

This is all out of the Bands song book, they give each song it's own page with credits, music and lyrics
It looks like they put them together and made 1 great song.

**after further review this song dates back to 1941 and Hines & Eckstine mashed the 2 together themselves at some point and called it Jelly Jelly.

Its been forever since I listened to it, and did not even think about it when I was initially posting this. Like I said ,brain fart!!!

Wonder how well this is selling? Its expensive. Probably sell some copies each month for years so it may be years before it peaks.

I bought Brothers and Sisters the day it was released. Some weeks later a buddy decided to get his own copy.

Mine had a credits sleeve similar to Eat A Peach. Mine had the 4th track listed as Early Morning Blues written by Gregg Allman but the record had Jelly Jelly written by Trade Martin.

My buddy's copy bought several weeks later had Jelly Jelly by Trade Martin on the sleeve and the record. Then around Christmas time I bought Laid Back and Brothers and Sisters for a Christmas gift for a lady who enjoyed my copies and her sleeve had Jelly Jelly written by Trade Martin and Billy Estine.

Bu the way the solos by Gregg, Chuck and Dickey are excellent. Yes the music track is the same while the vocals were redone and Gregg lost his writing credit.
