Yeah, WarEagle's comment was hilarious. Only had time for The Lemon Song and it's a first rate cover. Always liked Pat Monahan's voice. But I'd have to agree with CM..............if I want to hear LZ II...........why would I put on someone else's version?
I randomly chose Ramble On to listen to, that was rough. Plant's vocals are so perfect on that song that it is just an unfair comparison.

When you say "put on the original" do you mean the true originals or the Zep's versions that they ripped of from old artists?

I mean the Zeppelin original album. With songs that they ripped off and yet have very little in common musically. They ripped off the artists that had already stole those songs from other artists. A thief stealing from a thief as musically and lyrically those existed long before Willie. So in truth, the tale goes deeper. 😮
No one will ever share a cent with me so.........I just enjoy the album and let the lawyers work out the details which they did long ago. And Willie got money beyond anything he thought possible from his career and the estate continues to.
Either way - Train does a decent job and he is a great singer. But the production is no where near Zeppelin nor is the playing. One time listen for me. Great White did a Zeppelin thing years ago and they were decent too. But the same thing applied.
