Does anyone know of a situation where 15 minutes to presale and no info as to priceing or seats that will be sold?

All the time. Ticketmaster no longer includes price info on their onsale pages.
I believe these span $50-250 not counting fees nor vip, platinum and whatever other bs.

99.00 plus for nosebleeds, first few rows of upper bowl was 189.00 plus, floor was 200plus and up
