I deleted and reuploaded Midnight In Harlem as I tried to stabilize the shaky video and it froze up the original upload. It's a little better now.

Under trying conditions ( Hot, humid, windy ) TTB was terrific. Another satisfying set by this wonderful band. My wife and I sat in the right row but the wrong section for the beginning of the show . When the correct ticket holders arrived I knew exactly what the issue was and immediately got up to move to the correct section. I happened to be wearing my H & H tee shirt that was immediately noticed by the gentleman who had the tickets for the seats my wife and I originally sat in. The gentleman first comments about how he's been to the H & H as well as the Big House and other historical spots in ABB history in the city of Macon. He then introduces himself to me as Tom Dowd. I introduce myself as Ray Glenn and then politely tell the gentleman that I believe Mr. Dowd had passed on quite awhile ago. He then tells me that he is the son of Tom Dowd. I then proceeded to give him a big hug and thanked him for all of the great music his father helped create. My wife looks at me puzzled as to why I gave that stranger a big hug. After the next song I explained to her what was going on. To her credit after nearly 30 years of marriage she immediately understood the significance of the moment.

rayg - that is just awesome. great experience. you were in the wrong seats for a reason! maybe he needed that hug.

I agree it was a great show. Of course TTB was outstanding as usual. But I really enjoyed Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings. A nice , funky set.
