Somebody please, splane what this mean as far as music, literature? Dowe get some stuff we didn't have before? Do we get free stuff? What the heck is this?. .......Peace.......joe

crazyjoe, what it means is, unless a copyright is renewed it expires in 95 years, so anything 1923 or earlier is now "public domain" - so yeah, free stuff on Internet Archive, Project Gutenberg . Not super great for music yet, recorded music wasn't much by 1923. But books, mags, art . . . 2020 opens up 1924, 2021 we get 2025 and so on.
