Blue Sky is the best song ever written IMO. Eat A Peach came out 48 years ago and I've heard it thousands of time and even today it makes me happy and joyful. What a masterpiece Dickey!!

Duane Allman goes first then he and Dickey play the melody together then Dickey plays his solo.

Dickey has said more than once Gregg was the last one Duane offered a spot in the band because of his singing. Berry kept singing Hoochie Coochie Man and Pretty Woman and Duane sang Dimples but other than that Gregg was the singer so Dickey gave Gregg the lyrics when they began rehearsal for the song but Duane Allman said "You wrote this about your wife so you sing it. I want you to sing this one". It was later decided Gregg would sing a background part and with my headphones on, it's easy to hear Gregg's voice.
