It looks like we are going to make up some pulled pork. To go with it I'll make some coleslaw. As for snacks I don't have a clue what to do. Will probably go to one of the local breweries and get a few growlers for beer.

Jambalaya w/loukaniko sausage. The greek sausage adds a lot flavor standing up to the peppers and onions. Chili and wings. I've already begun prep work.

Hey guys, all of your ideas sound great 😛

If I bring beer can I come over? 😉 Grin

As long as I don't have to do the cooking at home I'm fine with anything, good chicken wings are always a good choice. As always, I have booked Monday off work.

Haven't missed a Super Bowl in 42 years...even the ones that weren't the best games. You never know what you're going to get in this big game. Cool

I saw this snippet on one of the news channels (CNN I think), and they said it is expected that one billion wings will be consumed Sunday.

Coleslaw?

Going with Tacos and a new dip I found. Kinda like buffalo chicken dip but with Sausage.

If anyone wants to try here is the recipe. Easy to do.
2 pkgs Jimmy Dean regualr sausage
2 12 oz cans tomatos with green chilis in it
2 8oz creme cheese

Brown sausage, put in crock pot with tomatos, cut creme cheese into chunks, stir in and cook til smooth Dip with tositos and you got it.

Also cooking a Fattie on the grill and some Atomic Turds. Anyone who hasn't cooked up a Fattie, you gotta try them

Then break out the cold Leinenkugels and some Lancaster Milk Stout for beers.........dang that sounds good, might have to start Saturday. Don't care who wins so I can enjoy the party.
