This is my first year going to the Sunshine Music Fest in Boca, and I'm wondering if anyone who has gone before knows what the typical schedule is. The music starts around noon, but the after show at the Funky Biscuit starts at 7PM. Does that mean TTB hits the stage around 4:30 or 5:00? Seems like a tight schedule.
hey Bob lucky u, this is rich mr yankweed. Boca is my backyard, and haven't missed a sunshine festival til this year heading to NOLA on Friday,, to answer your questions . no TTB, will probably hit the stage around 9.00 to 9.30 pm. the after shows at The Biscuit start earlier but continue thru the nifght, til after TTB goes off. The venue is 5 minutes from the Biscuit.. so Susan has showed up .like last year for xtra fun guests. There are two stages. next to each other.. with food vendors in between...If your doing GA, bring a decent sized blanket and claim a spot on the main stage area. its gets more crowded each year, and this years line up is sweet!!!!!!!!!you walk over to the 2nd stage. real easy/ any other questions . let me know? always a fun show!!!
Cool, thanks! I live in Delray, so I know the area and was at Butch's show at the Biscuit last month. Looks like they just posted the schedule today, which says TTB @7:30. Super excited for the Fest (Mavis Staples!), but the Packers playoff game is at 4.40PM, so I'm trying to figure out how to work around that since there's no re-entry after 5PM.
It's Boca. Probably "early bird" music and show over by 9!!!!!
