So this is one of those unofficial unlicensed British talking heads documentaries like the two ABB ones from a couple of years ago.

It could have good information, but if it is like all of the others that have come out it will have no band interviews and very little licensed music.

It had Sam Cutler, so I would say it probably has some good information. That dude was on the front lines.

I just read this. It was excellent reporting & writing.

Basically put a lot of the blame on the Stones and Jagger. Fed into my bias because I've never liked him personally or his voice.

It was a complete cluster***k!

I would recommend Sam Cutler's autobiography too if you dug that. Some really insightful stuff and behind the scenes stuff he had to deal with, specifically with the Sonny Barger & Co. The Stones pretty much hung him out to dry.

Just read Altamont: The Rolling Stones, the Hell Angels, and the Inside Story of Rock’s Darkest Day by Joel Selvin - some fingers pointed at the Grateful Dead for rushing Altamont thru and their decision to use Hells Angels for security. A squad of drunk tripping speeding gorillas for security at an event of hundreds of thousands of people? The math here isn't too advanced, seems to me.
