I finally felt ready to listen to Southern Blood this week. Prior to this, I thought it would be too sad for me to hear it. Well there was a tinge of sadness, but the overwhelming feeling is that this was a gift from a great artist to his fans and everyone else. Hope that Gregg realized he had hit the note and nailed it. Band is also fantastic. Will always miss Gregg's iconic voice at shows, but feel privileged to have been there many times.

Good for you. I remember when I first played it, after two songs I decided it just wasn't the time. Since then, it's been a healthy part of the music rotation.
My wife isn't a fan but Song For Adam is one of her favorite Jackson Browne songs and she appreciated it being on Gregg's last cd.
