Well, I've been following a page on Facebook called The Butcher Shop, which mainly focuses on Hard Rock & Heavy Metal music, and this is their theme this month, songs that should've been hits, but weren't. I've been doing my own version of this theme on my page, and here's some songs I have so far this month:

U2 - Red Hill Mining Town
Keith Urban - She's My 11
Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band - The Ring
Steve Earle - Hillbilly Highway
Foreigner - Stranger In My Own House
Scorpions - Dynamite
Kansas - Closet Chronicles
Elton John - Come Down In Time
John Mellencamp - Empty Hands
Creedence Clearwater Revival - It's Just A Thought
Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers - King's Highway

Have ya listened to the Bear's Sonic Journals for both those bands?  The NPRP one has lots of Jerry noodling on his new toy & a drummer was for whatever reason... optional? LOL

After the success of "Ramblin' man" I thought "Louisiana Lou"...would do the same.
