I am disappointed that Los Lobos didn't get in from the original list, but I'm good with Purple, Chicago and Cheap Trick all getting in. I didn't expect that all 3 would get in this year.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is meaningless to me. It's watered down/deluted.

I wont look at a band differently one way or another.

I know that DP and Rush are one of the greatest ever...they have been in my hall of fame for over 30 yrs!
Thats all that matters.

"High" comedy indeed, probably. It was very funny to read the Rolling Stone cover story on Rush, with Alex Lifeson politely blowing pot smoke out the window.

I guess the logic of having Deep Purple Marks 1-3 is that their radio hits come from these guys.
