RIP to Eugene Patton, otherwise known as The Gong Show's Gene Gene The Dancing Machine.
One of my favorite childhood memories is watching The Gong Show with my brother and leaping off the couch when the Gene Gene music started and doing his dance moves and going nuts all over the living room.

Sad. Always a good time when he came out...especially when the music would start up in the middle of a particularly bad act.
