R.I.P. Masahiko
It is with deep regret that I must inform you of the passing of Masahiko Yamaura, who many of you will remember for his contributions to this community back in the live show trading days ... my deepest sympathies go to his wife, Sawako, who I had the pleasure of meeting when they came over to London to see Eric Clapton and Derek Trucks at the Royal Albert Hall in 2006.
Sad news. My condolences to family and friends.
I saw one of the Clapton Derek Trucks shoes ( in memory of ed s. ) and it was a good one. Derek was real fine and old slow hand has plenty in reserve when he needs to step on the gas.
And Clapton always has a top shelf band with him.
Terribly saddened to learn of this. His remasters of Duane era ABB shows were as legendary as Captain Skipper's in their own way
Very very saddened to read this news. He contributed a lot to the site and was always friendly and easy to approach. My condolences to his wife.

So sorry to hear this. He loved Duane and the band as deeply as anyone on this site. So fastidious in his work. Did incredible work cleaning up Duane's performance with Derek & the Dominos. Was very supportive of any project I shared with him. My thoughts are with his family.
So sorry to hear this news. Such a great and kind person. Thank you for all the beautiful work and sharing it with everyone. I have many cd's of your work with your writing on the sleeves which are very special to me. Thank you for your kindness, it will never be forgotten. Love&Peace to your family always. Rest easy and in Peace
Very sad news.I would still correspond with him on FB.I knew that he wasn't well but he would let on.Condolences to his family. He be missed.
