Just thinking of Brian Farmer today on the anniversary of his passing. Still different to look up on stage and not see him around anymore at Warren shows. Another good one that was lost too soon.

I was at the show in Chattanooga the night before he died. Every time he was on stage people in the crowd were calling his name. Who knew that would be his last show?

I remember before one of the Chastain Park shows in Atlanta - several of us (myself Hasija, Bluedad et al ) were standing up near the stage. We'd never seen (or heard of) a Paul Reed Smith amp before. We hollered at Brian, "what kinda amp is that?". He was very busy and could've righteously just ignored us, but instead he walked over and told us about the new amps in details - answered questions etc.

He was certainly a fan favorite and I miss his presence as much as I miss the Allman Brothers!

And if I was a drinkin' man, I coulda won a $hit load of beer in "that's not him" bets! 😉

Miss his presence every time I see Warren. Second hardest working man in R&R. Still remember him cracking me up with his banter on Sunday morning at Peach Fest 2014. RIP Farmer.....gone WAY too soon and now guitar teching for all those greats up there.
