Outraged Tampa woman gets refund for Ariana Grande concert... from Ariana Grande
Barbra Williams was so upset with Ariana Grande after she licked donuts and said she "hated" America that she demanded a refund for the singer's concert scheduled for Tampa on July 16.
"Why should I still pay my money to go sit in her concert? I'm not going to be able to enjoy it," Williams, the wife of a man in the Coast Guard, told Fox 13.
Ticketmaster wouldn't budge on their 72-hour return policy. So, she took matters into her own hands and contacted Grande through social media.
"I kept reaching out to her on Facebook and Instagram asking for a refund, and I kept sending her the link to the news story," Williams continued. Ticketmaster then notified her that Grande was considering refunding her money.
"I Instagrammed her again on Sunday asking her to make up her mind and telling her I would not back down," said Williams. "Ticketmaster called me and said she decided to APPROVE my refund and it would be processed in 3-5 days back into my account."

Interesting to see that there is still somewhere in the developed world where a woman can be described as "the wife of a man in the Coast Guard"!

One person takes a stand against TicketMaster over some asinine comment made by a minor diva. I'm waiting, praying and hoping for the day when concert goers rise en masse to TicketMaster's practices of siphoning tickets to its corporate subsidiaries (perhaps in collusion with the artists?) and jacking up prices that paint many a music lover out of the experience. Tell TicketMaster they can lick my donut hole!

I wish people would take a stand on their own and not have to alert the media when said stand is being taken.
Today everyone gets outraged over something then figures the whole world needs to know that they are outraged.

So you are outraged over the outrage? Sounds like the words of Jackie Chiles, Esquire!
Edit: misspelled the attorney's name!

Oh, I knew the irony in my comments as I typed them.

LMAO, i just saw "the Friars Club" episode last night, and in the 30 second ending snippet, the woman calls her lawyer, who just happens to be Jackie. Upon hearing that Kramer is involved, however, Jackie says, "I don't want nothing to do with it!".
I always loved how they re-wrapped things up, sometimes for the whole episode, in that short clip at the very end. some of those were completely hysterical.
Larry David & Jerry Seinfeld, whata pair!!! After watching Curb Your Enthusiam, Larry's real weirdness shines thru brightly in Seinfeld, making some of the scenes & situations even funnier!!!
