How was the show?
Devon's band is amazing.
We'll see them again later this summer.
I thought it was a very nice night. Duane came out and did about 8 songs, 4-5 of which are on the new EP.
When he started into Hot 'Lanta it was as if he'd given an audio signal to the old white dudes to walk toward the stage. Was really funny. A pretty light crowd, no one on the floor in front of the band until that song, 30 seconds later there are 15 middle age dudes all standing close.
Devon did about 90 minutes, I reckon, before Duane came back out and they did the ABB songs together. Blue Sky, Multi Colored Lady, Seven Turns, One Way Out.
Duane and Devon seemed like they were having a big time together.
We saw them at their first show of the tour at the Kate Theater in CT. It was a great show, especially if you love guitars!
