Folks, - here is my new interview with slide guitarist, singer and songwriter Lee Roy Parnell...about his last time spent with Haggard and more. I talked to him about Doc Watson, the influence of Duane Allman, playing with Warren and Derek but all of that is for another day and article.

I remember Lee Roy when he came to the jam for duane and played slide with tommy talton, I thought that sounded just great and later on tommy said they were just goofing around. too bad I don't think anybody recorded it.
