Actually Munck didn't have Erie, PA 2005.  I got it through Merch Mountain by clicking on the "Merch" link on the homepage here.

I just got the Erie show today from Amazon but have not had a chance to fire it up. I like to support the Merch store as much as possible but it is almost double the price of Amazon for this show?

@bill_graham:  I saw your post so checked Erie, PA 2005 on Amazon.  You are absolutely right, it's $15.98 on Amazon, I paid $29.00 at Merch Mountain.  Oh well, support ABB merch I guess.  I picked up a $40 ABB long sleeve T-shirt as well.
