Been several years since they did a US tour. I can't remember last time I saw them...more than 10 years I'm sure. I know they toured here after that but I didn't go last time around.

Something seems odd about the schedule layout, there is only one Saturday show scheduled. Wonder if they plan to add more or a two night stop somewhere if demand presents itself.

I can definitely see NYC and Chicago turning into 2 nights

I want to finally watch these guys.

I checked every town that went on sale at 10am and at 8 minutes after I could not get a single ticket at Baltimore, Philly, Foxboro, NJ and NY. Each one said "we are unable to process your request, please try again later".
No way a stadium sells out that fast is there?

I am seeing some tickets now, not sold out. Just an overwhelming rush of traffic I suppose right around 10.

Wow, these guys are playing the big football stadiums. Interesting. I'm out of touch; I did not realize they had that kind of popularity.

I saw them in a stadium once, but it was a multi-band event and all 3 were kind of big names for the time (Linken Park, Limp Bizkit and Metallica).
This time I have barely heard of the two supporting acts. And tickets are really expensive for a stadium. Field GA and lower/mid section tickets are $135/155. Upper sections in the $75-55 range I think. Sales have been brisk. Couple of the venues I was looking at shows the lower levels are fairly full at this point. Can't tell how full the GA floor area is though.
For comparison the tickets are $40-50 higher for the same location in the same venues to what GNR was charging. I was seeing GNR tickets for lower sections at 79/99.
The "experiences" seem all the rage now. You know the "get this, sit here, autographed photo, special treatment" some offer chances for a backstage deal or even a photo with the band. Stuff like that is you know $1000-25000 each! GNR had something like that. Lady Gaga has experiences like this (I checked tickets for my wife). I assume they are all doing it. Simple Gold Circle and VIP aren't exclusive or expensive enough now.
The ticket I got was 155 + 4 facility fee + 25.25 service fee. And that was about 20 yard line, lower level section, opposite the stage.

Playing the Rose Bowl. Another reason to tailgate!

Both acts are very popular and headline arena tours on their own. You're just getting old. 😉
