I witnessed two of those ScoMule shows last year and each were beyond incredible. I wish they would revisit this lineup on a semi annual basis because the magic they create is quite amazing with or without Halloway who is great in his own right.

How did you get that shit past the censors?

I agree!! The Sco-Mule show I attended last year was beyond mind blowing. I went to that show with two professional jazz guitarists in their twenties and they were both completely blown away as well. There is a unique chemistry between Warren and Scofield that raises the level of musicianship and improvisational excellence beyond almost any other jam band configuration in the history of the genre. (The version of Sco-mule from 1999 with Allen Woody was even more intense!) I'm hoping that Warren will link up with Scofield yet again and do another Northwest run this fall to make up for the cancelled shows from last year.

watching Sco sit in with the ABB live at the beacon was one of the best shows I ever saw

having Ron adds a very cool element to the mix.

Mule Army is a great resource. I'm up to "Devil Likes It Slow" and loving it!

😉

I'm listening to the second set from the 17th. Wow. Great "Fame" quotes during "Thank You for Lettin' Me..."
I could have used a little more power in "Tonight's the Night" but that may come across better on the Mule Tracks version.
I'm definitely buying this.
