I went to see Mr. Kottke at the City Winery. I again arrived late driving in from NJ. Ugh. I seem to be cursed with Leo. What I saw was well worth the admission. Last year arrived late but caught Little Martha, this year he left it off the set list. He's an eccentric musical genius. I was told I missed the opening instrumental and walked in as Louise started. I had a hard time recognizing a couple tunes. If anyone is deep into his catalogue I'd appreciate an assist. Thanx.

I've seen Leo a few times. That guy can really play. He's way out there with his playing and story telling. In the old days he used to tell stories while re-tuning the guitar going in and out of open tuning.
