At this stage of my life, I'm really focusing on new musical thrills. I don't have much interest in stadium shows by the Stones or the Eagles, put my silly ass in a 50 seat venue with an up and comer or something nice that I may have passed by in my travels and I'm a grinning man. I indulge and enjoy the moments. I saw Lazer Lloyd was playing and searched out some available info finding his guitar work to be a nice mix of styles.

It was a fun night. Some electric church and some risk taking versions of legendary tunes. To rearrange and completely redo Let It Be is something that is not for the meek knowing it will be attacked by the purists. He has a unique angle. Overall the show had some religion and immigration to compliment the love songs and other influential covers.

I grabbed a couple CD's at the show and I like them. I hit traffic and missed the 1st tune or two, but here's some clips and his official website.
