...out of this world! Even surpasses the epic battles of The Lord Of The Rings. Wouldn't be suprised if this was one of the most expensive TV series episodes ever (and the bloodiest too!). Unfriggin'believable. Wow!
Agreed it was an epic battle scene that rivals most any other on film, not necessarily in scale, but the detail and nuances.

I was bummed to see the giant Wildling die. Why was there only one of them? Where did he come from and are there more giants waiting to join the fold somewhere?
As usual, more questions than answers on the heels of an episode....

There were at least two other giants who died during the Battle of Castle Black:

What a coincidence. Some other key and minor characters came to their demise this episode but after watching the show that was my first remark too: i was bummed the last giant wildling was killed in the battle.
