I was looking around on www.musicaficionado.com, and looked at Joe Satraini's playlist with his favorite songs. Some stuff is familiar, other stuff isn't. Here's the link: He gives some of his favorites, and why he picked them:
This is a great site. Great way to hear some music that you might not have heard before.

Saw Satch several years ago at Variety Playhouse in Atlanta. Leslie West was opener..Astonishingly, they Jammed together..great show.
