Tickets on sale as of 30 minutes ago! For the first time in 4 years, Jack and guests will celebrate his birthday and he has promised to play for as long as he can and when he can't, Jonell Mosser and the Tajmaholics will keep the music going. As always, special guests are never announced in advance, but you better believe there will be some good'uns. But Pat Bergeson is telling folks he's going to be there and maybe he will get to play some. Worth the drive, flight, or swim. This is a one time only event as Jack has made no promises beyond this one show. Hope to see dome of y'all there. I will be there with another one of the guests, Charles "Wigg" Walker, the best 83 year old soul singer to ever lace up a pair of shoes.

Does this mean he's feeling better lately? Was sorry to hear he hadn't been able to play much, from one of your updates a while back.
@porkchopbob He must be feeling much better or else he wouldn't commit to doing a show. I saw him a month or so ago at the convenience center recycling some cardboard and he looked good, even put on some weight. All of our communication for the last few years has been via telephone or text, so just seeing him out for hat brief encounter was a happy day for me. Charles Treadway (B-3) and Joshua Hunt are excited about playing with him again, if only for a few tunes. No idea (and he won't tip his hand) what he'll play, or how long he'll play. But he did tell me that he was going to play for as long as he can and when and if he has to stop, Jonell and The TajMaholics will pick up from there.
Also, I have an acquaintance who is flying down from Boston just for this. To be sure he had good seats, he purchased a table, which is 4 tickets. He and his wife will use 2, so there are 2 more seats available down front on the floor. $27.00 each and I'll put you in touch with him.
