Inside Edition posted their interview with the parents of Sarah Jones, and also video footage taken moments prior to the train accident that killed her that shows the cast and crew scrambling to get off the tracks just a few moments before the train crosses the tressel/bridge.

In the footage you'll also see actors William Hurt as the older Gregg Allman and Wyatt Russell as the younger Gregg Allman.

I am very sorry for her parents and family's loss. While I do think the director and film production is responsible, I still do NOT think that the Railroad is accountable. They really had nothing to do with this and did not know about the filming or the people being on the tracks and just did not have time to stop ahead of time.

I do agree that film companies and directors should be more careful and held accountable. I still remember that horrendous tragedy when actor Vic Morrow and 2 child actors were killed during filming of "The Twilight Zone" movie when a helicopter being used during a scene fell on them and the blades killed all 3 actors. (worse yet, the children were working after legal child labor law working hours). Director John Landis was largely responsible for that, although in that case I don't know why the parents allowed their children to work after hours.

Scary, scary footage. Really hard for me to comprehend this type of lunacy. My heart goes out to Sarah's parents and I'm glad they won a big settlement. But it doesn't bring their daughter back....
