Never a fan of the Col but I know he is highly respected .
The Col provokes musical honesty and freedom.
One of the best shows I have ever seen was them on the Horde 1993 I believe. They had a mid to late afternoon set, not alot of people watching, but they killed. He had a Great lineup with,Jimmy,Otiel,Jeff Sipe,Matt Munday and the Count.

After looking around and scratching his head a couple times, the Col. would go over to the bar and fill up a cup with ice....he would then throw ice cubes at them during their solos until they tried something they (or anyone else) had never done before. That is what I envision.
Prolly something along these lines:
