I'm no expert on the real estate in that area, but for a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath, that close to the river on acreage, actually $1.9 million does not sound out of whack.
Out of whack for my budget, but not out of whack in general.
I was thinking that was actually priced pretty well for the location.
Does that mean Warren has moved out of New York?

Indeed. I wonder if Warren's wife Steph decorated this house? I personally think the decoration is tacky and kitschy especially for the price and location of the house. It's as though they let a teenage girl decorate a $2 million dollar house.

Doesn't look like a very comfy type place to stay, but Warren is always on the road anyway.
Warren is not the one selling the house. He was a previous owner. So not his decorations.
Can just see a Warren belly flop into the pool.
Likely the realtor has staged the house which is why the decor is what it is.
Built in 1995. So it's a mcmansion likely carved up from an original big estate.
I love the old details like original woodwork, staircases and brick fireplaces.
Oh yes and I never pay a penny over 47,000 dollars a year in property tax.
