Yeah, I looked on Amazon for the DVD or Blu-ray and couldn't find it. Still searching for a viewing or a video.

There looks to be the full film on youtube, but it requires clicking an external link (and presumably paying). Looks sketchy to me, so I'm not linking it.
I saw the premier of Here Comes Rusty at the Buckhead Theater, and any Col. Bruce fan would enjoy it.
My favorite part is when Bruce and his band are practicing, and young Brandon "Taz" Neiderauer cuts loose with some wild, Zambi-flavored riffs on guitar. Bruce exclaims "Where was that 10 minutes ago when I could have used it?"
