Red beans and rice in my house. Simple, yes, but still a lot of work. I started my stock three days ago. I've got the celery, bell pepper and onion sweating in my cast iron pot now. All I need is to brave the snow and get a fresh loaf of french bread.
Sounds good! We're probably getting take-out tonight. Tuesday is a busy day for us especially after school. The Panera up the street makes a good Greek salad and brocololi cheddar cheese soup.
