Just a reminder of the almost Miracle that occurred 239 years ago. First time in history; and I doubt that Jefferson and Adams had any clue that it would clear the way for the Dead in Chicago. And anyone who doubts how tough Adams was go spend a few days in Boston during February without modern heat.
