So now I have seen TTB, Sco Mule and GA all within the last month. Top notch show much like TTB with large talented band where everyone gets to shine. Really cool that Marc Quinones had a nice drum solo and was in the spotlight. ABB tunes included statesboro, come and go blues, trouble no more, midnight rider, ain't wastin time no more, mellissa, whipping post and southbound. Some nice extended jams heavy on sax which I love. This may have been one of if not the best shows for Gregg vocally that I have experienced. Nice that he also had a great keyboard player on board. Only negative was it was a short show - and the second song remains I'm no Angel. He really poured himself into the show and it was great hearing ABB tunes.

Thanks Billy B. After talking with others that were there and reading another review on this site perhaps I overstated the positives. I loved the show however but was definitely disappointed in its short length. I thought Gregg pushed himself and perhaps would not be able to keep up that pace for much longer.

You've said twice that it was a short show. What's a short show? One hour?

I believe it was about 90 minutes. Perhaps what made it seem short was that it started right on time at 8 so we would have been done around 9:30. I got home before my daughter and wife who went to a musical. Did not need to get up for the bathroom and did not want to leave for a beer - I did not think there was a bad song in the bunch.
