How fortunate for that young couple to land on a piece of history like that.
Looks like they spent some dough "Allmanizing" but I'm guessing they can charge more --- or will at least try!

I think it is definitely a great find. And for those of us die hard ABB fans that is really cool. I guess they could contact the Big House House folks but somehow I kind of doubt it really holds any ABB historical significance.

Funny, the very last scene in the video is of a turntable with a Capricorn record on it....... Highway Call, just as you hear the guy say something about sleeping where Gregg Allman lived.
