Gregg Allman Tribute Animation

Hi all. I felt compelled to create something to honor Gregg. I wasn't sure what it would be, but it sprang from my love of his first solo album, Laid Back, which I played me to sleep on repeat more nights than I can remember. Wish I had more time, but hopefully this briefly captures the melancholy essence of some of the man's amazing music he left us.

Oh my goodness, Brett, I remember speaking to you on Facebook some time ago after I shared your amazing 40 Years of History of the ABB animation at least 4 years ago or so, and never knew all this time that your moniker on here (as well as your website) is Pork Chop Bob!
Thank you so much for this. I am still crying over this. So bittersweet, poignant and beautiful. Gregg is very proud and smiling from heaven at your beautiful homage and tribute.

A fitting tribute... thank you for posting!
I love all the visual touchstones -- including the cards illuminating 'Queen of Hearts,' and the silver dollar from 'Midnight Rider.'
Well done.

Well done PCB. That touched me. Thanks.

Beautiful and touching indeed! I hope you will find the time to shape this into a full clip for your personal favorite Gregg Allman song. Kudos!

I also am posting your 40 years of History of The Allman Brothers Band animation (which I originally found through Facebook and Vimeo and then your Facebook some years ago). Now this makes this me weep even more, especially at the end, now with Gregg gone too.
You do the entire band proud, Duane, Gregg, Berry, Butch, Allan, Lamar, Dan & David "Frankie" Toler are all smiling and jamming in heaven, and all the ABB that are still here are proudly rocking away and thank you as I do.
40 Years of History of The Allman Brothers Band, just amazing! You are SO talented Brett, the emotions this wells up for me, says it all!
Also just found this. The 1971 Fillmore Recordings. Very cool, love the part with Duane on the sidewalk in front of Capricorn Records, receating the photo where he happily kicks his leg out and waves his arms in the air. (Mama Louise & Twiggs in the backgroud too!)

Thanks all, and thanks Arlene! Very kind, and it's true: that's why you never see Brett and PorkchopBob in the same place at the same time! 😉

Well done & creative.

very nice

As always, awesome job!

Thanks for making this Brett/Porkchop.
I also like your other ABB animation.
