I saw these guys last Saturday night and they put on a good show. They are from Memphis and you can hear that Memphis sound on many cuts. They have 2 guitars, keys, drums, bass and Trombone. Mostly original stuff with some Zep, ABB and Beatles thrown in. You can checjk them out on Youtube. Check out Shine their single it's good but AT THE SHOW THEY STReTCHED IT OUT FOR 15 BMINUTES wIth some wicked guitar. Worth a look.

Looked them up, cool sound.

Definitely hearing a "Jessica" tease towards the end.

Yep - like the horn bands doing soulful bluesy stuff.

I listened last evening until sleepy then finished up just now. Yes good band. Also I've always like a good trombone player. Played some in high school.  It's a very difficult instrument to master.

Benny Goodman was picky. If he heard 3 or 4 clams from a specific musician in one night out you go!

In the late 70's and 80's Benny had one of the all time greats on trombone, Dick Nash. Notice Dick's great trombone solo on the above link. Never ever a clam with Dick Nash.
