Geezer Butler was arrested yesterday for his involvement in a bar brawl in Death Valley

Bassist Geezer, 65, put behind bars for assault, intoxication and vandalism following California incident
Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler was arrested for his involvement in a bar brawl in Death Valley, California, yesterday.
Police were called to the Corkscrew Saloon at Furnace Creek Ranch after midnight on Wednesday, following an incident in which a person was struck and a window was broken.
Butler, 65, was put behind bars and processed under his full name of Terence Michael Butler.
Inyo County Sheriff’s Office report: “Dispatch received a call regarding a verbal and physical altercation at the Corkscrew Saloon.
“It was determined that there had been an argument that escalated into a physical confrontation. Terence Michael Butler was arrested for misdemeanour assault, public intoxication and vandalism.
“Butler was booked into the Inyo County Jail and released after detox and citation.”
Neither Butler nor Black Sabbath have issued an official statement.

Maybe Sharon Osbourne's name was mentioned during the conversation... 😛

So were a few thousand others around the globe. This is news? Bet it was all stupid.
Geezer is a mellow guy and not very big so I doubt that it was much of a brawl. Unless he still carries a knife. 😉

Has he ...lost his mind? 😛

On a related note, I just saw on the news today that a person in their 50's or 60's who has more than two drinks a day has raised their chances of a stroke by 34%.

When I read this, having never been to Death Valley, I pictured a dusty old bar, beat up Harley's parked out front, straight out of an old movie.
This place is actually a pretty nice looking resort:
