Postcards from the Hanging was a different Dead covering Dylan release which included Bobby lead vocals on about half of the songs:

I'm a deadhead, so biased in favor, but both of these releases are excellent. I'd lean towards the jerry one for obvious reasons. There are some fiery riffs in the knockin, i shall be released and masterpiece as i recall.
I'd question the quality if not the legality of an import of a previously official release though.
