Answers to 2 questions above:

1. No, Jaimoe did not get this filled in.

2. chank said his father always said he'd ill any of his kids if they got a tattoo so he never did.

Yep.. found a post from 2002 where Zen Peach Marley said that Warren just doesn't like needles....
