A friend of mine here in the UK just hipped me to these covers of Don't Keep Me Wonderin' - Micky Moody must've been an ABB fan as he's the common thread (later to play guitar in Whitesnake etc.)... pretty cool...
Interesting covers (especially the latter as it's from July 1971, the band are British, and the Duane-era ABB never visited the UK. But they do a great job, especially the lap steel player...).

Kind of cool!, they were hip to a good thing. the vocalist in the second clip reminds me of Joe Cocker/Tom Jones.
Or...David Clayton Thomas.
I kept thinking of The Fabulous Thunderbird's in the first clip. Enjoyed both!
