I wonder why the camera man chose to do nothing but close-ups of band members instead of a full band shot. To me that's annoying.
Well Ed wouldn't let them show Elvis below the belt so you saw similar shots.
Was it the Rolling Stones who were told not to sign let's spend the night together but let's spend some time together by Ed?
And Jim Morrison and the Doors were kicked off the Ed Sullivan show but I can't remember why.
As to Elvis, the guys on Ed's show with their heads back and a stick on their forehead and a plate spinning on the top of the stick, their waist was dancing around about as much as Elvis but that was okay:)
