just listening to brother dickey betts. my goodness, what a talent. imho, the most melodic of the guitarists in the abb canon.
correct me if i'm wrong, but noticed that a lot of his instrumentals are in A or Am.
- Revival was originally an instrumental: A major
- Liz Reed: Am
- Le Brers: Am
- Jessica: A major
- High Falls: Am
- Pegasus: A major
need some help on true gravity and kind of bird.

Not only Dickey instrumentals but a lot of Allman Brothers songs in general a A minor. You can really pick 'em out by playing the A minor pentatonic at the 5th fret of a guitar.
