Devon has a great rap on analog. He nails it. Yes, what about what is between the ones and zero's. Love that one. And what they have done is pure, as he explains. The "new" vinyl industry is full of smoke and mirror "analog", but we don't want to talk about that..... To hear Devon promoting and explaining it gives hope it will endure as true form. But like he says, "not many" doing this, 2" tape and pure mix, pure transfer, no sneaky cheats. Bravo!

I love the stripped down version of Melodies Are Memories from the Paste Studios. I also love the lead that Johnny slams home in the full band version, but the "unplugged" version really tells the story of Juliette sipping whiskey and whispering across the wind.
