Good, candid interview. He's absolutely right, the dinosaur record execs can't see things. They rarely could.
When I first stumbled on Darryl's House about 5 years ago I thought it was a breath of fresh air. It's just really cool to have either longstanding, successful artists with a history songs and albums or a new artist with only an album or two but a whole lot of enthusiasm and talent. Put those artists with Hall and his band, in a casual atmosphere and it's just great entertainment.
If you haven't seen this show, go out and find it.
