Decades ago, in the D.C. area, Danny Gatton, Jack Casady, and Jorma Kaukonen used to play together. Jack and Jorma headed west to try to earn a living. Danny stayed behind for who knows what reason. I know he wasn't interested in touring, but there could have been other reasons. In late 1989 they reunited for a couple of gigs in NYC.
