I have this old album called Duane and Greg (sic) Allman.
Hinton's Down in Texas is listed as Come Down and Get Me. Credited to Ray Gerald.
Who is that?
Also, several songs listed to S. Alaimo. Any info on him? Or D. Brown?
Maybe some of this in my Skydog book. But I just moved and haven't unpacked it yet, so I figured I'd ask here.

Steve Alaimo was a 50s/ 60s pop singer (Steve Alaimo and The Redcoats) turned producer cum label owner to whom Greg sold part of the writing credits to some songs, including Melissa.
D Brown is probably Dave Brown, 31st of February bassist.
Ray Gerald may be Gerald Ray, who has an interesting story to tell:
