Impressive looking lineup
Can't believe it's been over a year since Hampton 70. That show still haunts me for some reason.
I knew very little about him at the time and just went on a deep dive tear for weeks trying to learn more about him. The more I learned the more I needed, it felt. I had an unsatiable appetite.
Pretty sure that was Bruce's way of saying that things were about to get a whole weirder in the world. Turns out he was right!
Very cool post I was fortunate to be at the Leaf last Thursday for this fuckin awesome show, was actually a guest of Kofi,,,,started about 2 am , to at least 4 ish.... Look forward to listening again.. love Jazz Fest
