wow. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Benji Shanks & Dave Yoke in the same band...with those other guys....and Jimmy Hall out front? Wow.
I saw New Stew with just Yoke on guitar and they were great covering Bill Wither's Live at Carnegie Hall....with Vernon Reid on vocals (Living Colour). It was really, really good. New Stew often tours with Roosevelt Collier....and I honestly find him too overwhelming in a group dynamic.
Benji is a monster player too....he's played with lots of folks. He was Capt Solarcat in the 2000s. He plays with the Blackberry Smoke guys regularly and the holiday band Last Waltz Ensemble. His full time gig has been guitarist for Kristian Bush (of Sugarland).

This year's events will feature performances by Jack Ryan & The Shady Recruits (The Marcus King Band) , Hayley Jane and the Primates, Smashville Strings ft. Nicky Sanders (Steep Canyon Rangers), Kevn Kinney, Ray Sisk & Friends, Holly Bowling and more!
